I first knew I wanted to be a lawyer when
I was a little girl. I think I was in third grade, and my dad always
spoke so highly of attorneys, and I knew I wanted to help people and I just didn’t know
how I wanted to help people, but I did know that I couldn’t take the sight of blood. I couldn’t stand it. So I knew, and my dad always said I had a
mouth on me to be a lawyer, but I knew that I could advocate for people who didn’t have
a voice, and that’s why I became a lawyer.
