Weighted Bench Stretch For Your Chest

This is a weighted stretch for your chest.
Basically, all I’m doing is, holding dumbbells in my hands while lying
on a bench for five to ten seconds. This is a good stretch to do before
any dumbbell or barbell bench press. If you cannot feel the stretch after
ten seconds, just use heavier dumbbells. The same stretches can be done
on an incline or a decline bench.
