CAREER IT’S OVER Robert Mueller really stepped in it. He was lambasted by a federal judge in Virginia
for his case against Paul Manafort. The judge is rebuking the Special Counsel
for his case against Paul Manafort, saying he overstepped his authority in an attempt
to get Trump out of office. Judge T.S. Ellis III basically said the Mueller
is only pursuing fraud charges against Manafort trying to get evidence against President Donald
Trump. “You don’t really care about Mr. Manafort’s
bank fraud,” Judge T. S. Ellis III said during a court hearing in Alexandria, according
to The New York Times. “You really care about getting information that Mr. Manafort
can give you that would reflect on Mr. Trump and lead to his prosecution or impeachment
or whatever.” Trump seized on the comments as proof that
Mueller is “out of control.” During a speech to the NRA annual convention, he told
the crowd: “I’ve been saying for a long time, it’s a witch hunt.” The judge said that the charges against Manafort
“manifestly don’t have anything to do with the campaign or with Russian collusion,”
and that Mueller may be overstepping his authority to “tighten the screws” on Manafort so
he’ll give up the goods on Trump. “I don’t see what relation this indictment
has with anything the special counsel is authorized to investigate,” he said, according to the
transcripts. “What we don’t want in this country is we don’t want anyone with unfettered
power.” You can read the entire transcript here, and
it’s scathing. Fox News’ Brit Hume analyzed it this way: “I did not realize until I read the full
transcript of Friday’s court hearing how badly it went for the Mueller team, which
was reduced to arguing: yeah, we violated the regulations governing special counsels
but those regs are not enforceable in court.” Hume also said he was pleased that the judge
is “bringing such a violation to light.” “Mueller’s team may be right that the
court can’t toss the Manafort indictment based on violation of the special counsel
regulations,” he said in a later tweet, “but we are in debt to the judge for bringing
such a violation to light.” In a series of tweets, Techno Fog provides
some crib notes for the full 48 pages. Hume linked to the thread.
What do you think? Is this the beginning of the end for Robert Mueller? Sound off below!

  1. Perfect. Now he can be prosecuted for his crimes. He blew millions of our tax dollars up a wild hogs ass supposedly investigating. Right, rot in hell.

  2. President Trump has endured so much!! Their are many within his organizations that have 100 years
Violated so much!!! Look at all the other countries, same. It's like a massive coachroach infestation that must be taken care of!!! That's
why, pest control companies use extermination methods. Canada
is no different. Good luck President Trump, you are the first in history to deal with this!!! Try to enjoy your Xmas, which I doubt. Regards to your family.

  3. Mueller decision to pick Dems for his team might have been to avoid the looks of partisanship but will be worse and is so as he is finding out. His team is giving him trouble. Time for him to make a decision and fast.
