THAT THE ADMINISTRATION WILL BE OPEN AND TRANSPARENT AND IT WILL BE HONEST.>>HE ALSO LEARNED TO THE GOVERNOR REQUESTED ALL CABINET MEMBER RESIGNATIONS AND WOULD CONSIDER THEM TO REAPPLY FOR THEIR JOBS ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
